Joanne Carter Associate
I am a Senior Consumer Insight and Marketing Specialist with over 15 years experience gained in both Agency and Client side roles. This gives me a rare ability not only to understand the consumer psyche but to also apply this insight to the commercial needs of a business.
I have experience of working in all areas of the marketing mix with key specialisms in Brand Positioning, New Media, Innovation, Segmentation, Needstates and Shopper.
My services are available to clients and agencies in a number of ways including End to End Project Delivery, General Consultancy, Agency Assocoiate, Interim Management and Contracting Roles.
On every project I go beyond simple research learning to ensure real actionable consumer insight is delivered, so that it can be used to generate better and more targetted marketing solutions and drive profitable growth.
